ЈКП „Чистоћа“ Вам омогућује коришћење услуга и садржаја свог портала које је подложно доле наведеним Условима коришћења. Услови коришћења примјењују се на све садржаје и услуге ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала.

Коришћењем било ког дела ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала сматра се да су корисници упознати са овим условима и свим ризицима који настају из коришћења ове web странице те прихватају да користе садржај ове web странице искључиво за сопствену употребу и на властиту одговорност.

АУТОРСКА ПРАВА

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ полаже ауторска права на све властите садржаје (текстуалне, визуелне и аудио материјале, базе података и програмерски код). Неовлашћено коришћење било ког дела портала, без дозволе власника ауторских права, сматра се кршењем ауторских права ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала.

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ није одговорна за истинитост садржаја преузетог из других извора.

Фотографије којима илуструјемо текстове потписујемо или стављамо водени жиг (wатермарк) на изворну датотеку поштујући тако права аутора. До изворне датотеке се долази кликом на умањену фотографију након чега се изворна фотографија појављује увећана у искачућем прозору.

Уколико желите да се нека фотографија уклони јавите нам на емаил.

Фотографије које нису потписане воденим жигом су властито дело ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала, уступљене од аутора или преузете са неког од сервиса за бесплатно коришћење фотографија попут Пиxабаy -а, Унспласх -а идт.

ПРАВО НА ИЗМЕНЕ САДРЖАЈА И УСЛУГА

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ задржава право промене, укидања (привременог и трајног) било ког садржаја или услуге на порталу без претходне најаве.

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портал састоји се од властитих садржаја, садржаја партнера и оглашивача, бесплатних садржаја, садржаја креираних од стране посетилаца.

Све садржаје ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала користите на властиту одговорност и ЈКП „Чистоћа“ не може се сматрати одговорним за било какву штету насталу коришћењем.

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ не сноси одговорност ни за какву штету насталу оглашавањем на свом порталу.

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портал поштује приватност својих корисника и посетилаца портала. Податке из процеса регистрације, те остале податке о кориснику, ЈКП „Чистоћа“ неће давати на увид трећој страни. ЈКП „Чистоћа“ се обавезује да ће чувати приватност корисника портала, осим у случају тешког кршења правила ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала или незаконитих активности корисника.

ОБАВЕЗЕ КОРИСНИКА

Корисницима ЈКП „Чистоћа“ портала строго је забрањено:

објављивање, слање и размена садржаја који крше постојеће српске и/или међународне законе, садржаја који је увредљив, вулгаран, претећи, расистички или шовинистички те штетан на било који други начин
обављивање, слање и размена информација за које посетилац зна или претпоставља да су лажне, а чије би коришћење могло нанети штету другим корисницима
лажно представљање, односно представљање у име другог правног или физичког лица
објављивање, слање и размену садржаја који су заштићени ауторским правом
објављивање, слање и размена нежељених садржаја корисницима без њиховог пристанка или тражења, или путем обмане
свесно објављивање, слање и размена садржаја који садржи вирусе или сличне компјутерске датотеке или програме начињене у сврху уништавања или ограничавања рада било ког софтвера и/или хардвера и телекомуникацијске опреме
прикупљање, чување и објављивање личних података других посетилаца портала и корисника

ИЗМЕНЕ УСЛОВА КОРИШЋЕЊА

ЈКП „Чистоћа“ задржава право измене ових услова коришћења у било ком тренутку и неће бити одговорне за могуће последице произашле из таквих промена. Наведене промене ступају на снагу објављивањем на овим интернет страницама.
